At The Creative Project we are committed to providing professional, high-quality services tailored to your needs. By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms:
1. General Policy
• All payments, deposits, and fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
• Final deliverables are for personal or business use only and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written consent. For licensing inquiries (e.g., MRR – Master Resell Rights), please contact us.
• Turnaround times, revisions, and deliverables may vary by service and project scope. Refer to the specific category below for details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any project that violates our ethical or business standards.
2. Client Responsibility
• Clients are required to provide clear instructions, timely feedback, and all necessary materials to ensure smooth project execution.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submissions, indecision, or lack of communication) may extend the project timeline.
3. Adjustment Policy
• Each project includes a specified number of revisions or adjustments (see service categories for details). Additional revisions will incur a fee and may affect the final delivery timeline.
• Adjustment requests must be made within the designated timeframes outlined in each category.
4. Copyright & Intellectual Property
• All work created by The Creative Project is protected under copyright law.
• Photography: Clients receive a limited license for personal or business use.
• Graphic Design & Digital Products: Final deliverables may not be reproduced, resold, or modified unless licensing agreements (e.g., MRR) are in place.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of our work will result in legal action.
5. Payment Terms
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings and orders.
• Full payment is required before the release of final deliverables.
• Any payment disputes must be addressed within 7 days of the transaction.
6. Client Satisfaction
• We strive for excellence and value client feedback. If you are not satisfied with your service, please communicate with us promptly to resolve the issue. Adjustments and additional requests will follow the guidelines outlined in the service categories.
Service Categories
Photography
• Turnaround Time:
• Raw galleries are delivered within 1-3 business days.
• Final images are delivered within 7-14 business days after client selections. (Weekends and holidays not included.) ( Rush Fees Available )
• Retouching Services:
• Basic retouching is included in all packages (e.g., blemish removal, color correction).
• Additional retouching (e.g., body shaping, graphic design enhancements) is available for a fee and may extend delivery by up to 7 days.
• Adjustment Period:
• Two rounds of adjustments are included. Requests must be made within 2-4 business daysafter delivery.
• Licensing: Final images are licensed for personal or business use only.
Graphic Design
• Turnaround Time:
• Design projects- 5-10 business days
(depending on project scope. rush turn around of 1-4 days available.)
• Adjustments:
• Two rounds of revisions are included; additional revisions incur a fee.
• Copyright Policy:
• Final designs are for the client’s personal or business use and may not be modified, resold, or redistributed without prior consent.
Creative Direction
• Scope of Services:
• Includes conceptual planning, execution, and post-production guidance for creative projects.
• Payment Terms:
• A deposit is required for booking, and final payments must be completed prior to project delivery.
• Client Collaboration:
• Clients are expected to participate in pre-project consultations and provide necessary materials or feedback.
Design Lab (Digital Products)
• Licensing Terms:
• All digital products purchased are for personal use only unless otherwise licensed (e.g., MRR).
• Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
• Refund Policy:
• Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final.
